When the buyer and seller of the property set up a promise between themselves or in the real estate agencies or attorneys, in the text, they are required to set a date for the formalization of the official document and, as a result of both parties, require that at that date Attended in the designated office and they will proceed with the formal transfer of property. If one of the parties does not appear on the date specified in the Board, the other party may request the issuance of a certificate of absence from the Office in writing about the cause of the failure to execute the transaction.
