more than 66 million barrels of Iranian oil were deposited in land-locked

Reuters reported that more than 66 million barrels of Iranian oil were deposited in land-locked storage facilities and tankers.

Iran had also stored 20 million barrels of oil in China's oil facilities by the end of last month.

Reuters reported Thursday that the reserves are rising.

The United States launched the Iran-Iran sanctions last year and only eight countries were allowed to continue to buy oil from Iran for a limited period of six months.

Iran's daily exports dropped from 2.5 million barrels to one million barrels a day. However, the United States halted the exemptions for Iranian customers about three weeks ago, according to a report by oil tanker companies, Iran's exports dropped to half a million barrels, but it's unclear whether these shipments have reached a customer base in Asian markets.

Iran is storing part of its more fuel-efficient oil at Dalian's facility in China, and by the end of April it had 20 million barrels of oil reserves in Dalian.
