Two weeks ago, an official at the Iranian Ministry of Economy had spoken of failing to return 30 billion of the total $ 40 billion in exports of 1997 and capital flight. A few days later, the head of the Neglected Trade Development Organization (NIDC) has invested capital and said that it was impossible to return $ 30 billion to Iran, and that money had probably returned to Iran from another channel.
